Cezu Construction is a family-run general contractor serving the East Bay. Oscar Zuniga manages operations and estimates; Celso Zuniga runs the projects in the field. Between them, every job gets an owner who is on site and accountable.

We started Cezu because we believed homeowners deserved a contractor who shows up, communicates, and finishes what they start. We self-perform most of our own work — concrete, framing, electrical, plumbing, finish carpentry — which means fewer subcontractors, tighter schedules, and one team responsible for the result.
